Align consists of 3 female professionals from the fields of physiotherapy, nutrition, and strength & conditioning. Each of us bring unique expertise to address different aspects of bone health comprehensively. We are a well-rounded team, aiming to deliver a holistic solution for our clients with osteoporosis and osteopenia.

How it Works

I love the exercise app, it’s very user friendly and the videos are so clear and easy to follow in order to get the technique right. It’s great to be able to access it at a time that suits also. I was able to opt out doing one or two of the exercises when my back was sore and I asked Steph if she could recommend a stretch exercise instead to ease a sciatic pain and she very kindly gave some advice and a stretch I could do which helped ease it out. Before if I had a pain or ache I would have stopped exercising but now I think I’ve learned to stretch it out which is very useful and works.

I’m really enjoying it, the flexibility of not having to do it on specific days and can do catch up. I like the progress each month also- making exercises harder and adding weights and exercise band.

I’m finding the app excellent especially the videos of how to do the exercises properly. Once you become familiar with it it’s very intuitive. The personal feedback is extremely helpful and I look forward to getting them. I’m definitely feeling the benefit of strengthening and stretching (which are my favourite ones) and I certainly can notice a big difference in myself. Overall I’m delighted with the app and delighted with my improvements.

I am finding it fine just finished a program now. Susan has sent me a recording telling me what I have to look out for. Keep my shoulders back, don't allow my body to move on some of the exercises etc which I find very helpful. I am enjoying the challenge and variety of the exercises. I set dance on Monday nights so do exercises Wednesday Friday and Sunday.

Getting on well with it really , the exercises are very manageable actually a bit too easy but I get that they progress so that’s ok too, I can fit them into my day without dedicating exercise time which is great for how I procrastinate about exercise. I have a rotator cuff injury which is very debilitating at the moment but Steph changed exercises to exclude shoulder ones so that’s great,

Find the app very good Susan. Doesn't take very long, 20 mins or less. Last year when I had the fractures i was very rounded and stooped, protective stance. Since starting exercises I am 1and 1/4 ins taller. Very pleased. By the way I posted of Omega 3 test, a while back.

yes I'm continuing with the programme. Not as regularly as I would like. I notice that the ex ercises are gradually more demanding but so far able to do them. As well I would like to order more calcium and exercise bands (circular)

I love this exercise programme .... I find the app very easy to use even to upload videos ..... I love the mobility , I can use it wherever I am and at whatever time suits me
.. My experience of Steph is that she is very available, responsive & encouraging ....
And the thing I love the most about the programme is that I know all the exercises are designed for osteoprosis. I don't have to worry are they safe for me with this condition . That is such a relief that I know they are coming from a physiotherapist and designed to help me strengthen my bones. I can relax and just get on with them..... I also love the pace , I feel I am building strength slowly , allowing my body get used to it as I go along ....
