Osteoporosis Clinic Ireland is a multi disciplinary clinic for bone health providing nutritional therapy, testing and specific physiotherapy designed exercises for people with osteopenia or osteoporosis & osteoarthritis (wear and tear of the joints). After your initial consultation, you can avail of other support assessments.

What We Do

At your appointment, which lasts approximately an hour & a half, you will see Susan our Nutritional Therapist & Strength & Conditioning Coach who will:

Tailor a nutritional protocol to your specific needs for your bone health, general health & digestive wellness & recommend any supplements you may require.
She will also review your previous DXA scan & explain the results to you, if you have had one.
An exercise plan will be reviewed and explained to help improve your bone density, balance & posture based on the latest research and will be instructed at your follow up.
Regular Zoom Meetings to offer you up to date support and latest research on bone health.
A copy of your nutritional protocol will be given to you on the day.

The cost of your initial consultation is €175; €75 booking deposit is required.
